  Awful housing association, staff are terrible, so called neighbourhood officers do nothing to help just penalise you for keeping your area nice. They refuse to install any security doors or gates to our block of flats even though they have fitted new doors everywhere else in Oldham and think anti social behaviour is totally acceptable(in other words something we have to live with) and because of the lack of security anyone can enter the block and garden, they even stole our grey bin and state it is our responsibility to pay £30 to replace it!
  Our garden walls have been missing for 3 years, all they say is they can't afford to replace it even though they are spending thousands on new fencing and railings to every other area. If you neglect your property and are total wasters this company is your "First Choice"

  They don’t give a toss about their tennants. FCHO homes are in the worst condition iv ever seen I live in a block of houses that were but up as temporary housing in the 60’s and they were meant to last for 20 years maximum. They are falling apart and full of black mold because the balcony’s leak and the houses are damp. No body can get repairs done because it’s based on a point system which is horrendous, it’s the landlords responsibility to make sure the houses are safe to live in and even when you apply for a repair they don’t show up. They are a bunch of cowboys that treat their customers like scum. FCHO should be ashamed of themselves for letting vulnerable people live in squaller and still have the audacity to increase rent.
